Collaboration just got instant. With our new Slack integration, your team can respond to procurement comments on Spendflo faster — without leaving Slack.
How it works:
- Receive Slack notifications when someone comments on a request in Spendflo
- Reply to Slack threads → response auto-syncs back to Spendflo
- All comments stay threaded in both systems
- Works across contract and request workflows
This integration reduces delays, removes tool switching, and keeps everyone in sync.

🏆 Quick Fixes & Usability Wins
We've made several smaller but impactful improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and user experience across the platform.
Agreement Management
- Support for multiple offerings per subscription in CSV uploads
- Agreement audit logs now capture ownership changes
Workflow Studio
- “Create Request” CTA is disabled if no workflows are available
Navigation Updates
- Purchase Orders moved from Settings → Vendor Management
- Dashboards moved to the Reports tab (now default landing page)
Commenting UI
- Tabbed view for Requests / Agreements with unread badges
- Default view shows the latest active comment thread
App Management
- Apps without active users are auto-hidden from listings
License Sync & Admin Controls
- GSuite sync failures now trigger admin Slack alerts
- Admins can now invite other Admins directly
- ERP-specific workflow settings now supported for NetSuite and Coupa.
