Coupa's agent finds invoices and POs from a chat prompt. Spendflo's AI copilot shows why a request is stuck, who owns it and what the contract says, then sends it to Coupa.
Coupa describes it as an agent that retrieves documents and transactions, such as invoices and POs, across the platform through chat.
According to Coupa, it queues work ahead of time, brings up pending tasks and approvals, and points users to their priority actions, so they can stay focused, move faster and clear bottlenecks.

The agent sits inside the Coupa Navi chat. A user selects Find a Transaction or writes their own prompt in natural language, and Navi identifies the transactions that match the request.
Navi returns the matches as preview cards that are quick to scan. Each card shows the transaction number, total amount and status, plus details that depend on the transaction type, such as the supplier, item or report name.
Selecting a preview card opens the full detail view. If the user is the active approver, they can approve or reject it in-line, give a reason where one is required, and submit the decision straight away.
Navi confirms the result in real time, so the user can see the status of what they just did.
Finding an invoice answers "where is it". Procurement teams usually also ask three more questions.
A "pending" status does not say which task or which person is holding a request.
Approvers want the vendor's contracts and history in front of them before they decide.
Many requests begin in Slack, email or a form, well before a requisition exists in Coupa.
Ask a question in plain language. Flo reads your requests, vendors and contracts, and answers with the evidence behind it. It recommends. A person decides.
